Nicole was awesome! Very attentive. Answered all my questions as I was firing them at her. Was in constant communication throughout the whole process. Also I was very pleased that during check out, she gave me future recommendations for my next service. What a breath of fresh air from the previous Service writer I dealt with. Honestly, up until I met Nicole, I’ve already decided that I was just gonna come for my include maintenance and not return when that “free” stuff ran out. Nicole’s customer service makes me want to keep coming back even though I live in Jacksonville. (About 90 miles away). Thank you Nicole and looking forward to future business.
