Service was supper slow!!!! Oil change and tire rotation. Almost 4 hours!!!!

I didn’t like the amount of time it took for intake, there were no loaner cars available to me so I had to use Enterprise, so the overall dropoff time for me was about 2 hours. The pickup time was about 30 minutes. Besides the wait times, everything was explained to me clearly, the work was done expertly, and I’m very happy. Customer service is top notch. Just the waiting is very inefficient.

My experience at Gunther VW in Daytona Beach was a great one. I needed my tire checked for a nail in it. When I called about it I spoke to Kaitlyn. She set me up for an appointment immediately to get the problem fixed. When I arrived at the service center Nicole Gamache was very friendly and helpful to get me in and out as soon as possible. They even had time to get my car washed. Excellent work by the team there!

Great communication from the service department personel. Parts that are not on site, arrive when they are promised. The repairs are usually completed same day, when parts on available. Gunther offers a shuttle service to allow me to get to work while repairs are beng completed. I always get my car back cleaned and washed! Sales department are top notch as well!

Scheduling with the auto scheduler was challenging, do not like it. check in was easy and quick, service time was as scheduled and my car seems to be running well. The cost was a lot more than expected and for what I had done.
