    Bill was great this is my second time coming in and both times I had Bill and now Bill is the only person I want to have he always gives it to me straight As far as what the situation is what I'm looking at stays in communication with me answers any questions that I may have is a pleasure to work with the reason I didn't give it five stars was because when I was trying to schedule the appointment through the automated system it didn't understand what I was saying I was asking to schedule an appointment for my battery and it kept saying that I want to schedule an appointment for bad oil so I ended up having to go and schedule the appointment online instead and the price was a little more than I was expecting but Bill was honest with me about what it was going to be

    Bill my service advisor is great. He is easy to contact and got quick responses. However when picking up my car after the repairs were done I was very frustrated. My car is kept in pristine condition. I have black finger prints in several areas of the car that took multiple attempts to clean.
