Had my car towed in with Volkswagen Carnett roadside assistance after running over an object on the road getting a flat. I was notified that the car was there my Tire And Wheel warranty replaced the tire. I received my car back quickly and clean. Good job Gunther Volkswagen service..

He took his time to show me all the options the car I chose had. John kept me informed every step of the way. I can't thank him enough. Andrew Bossard the Sales Manager was great. He understood my needs and listened to me and gave me a great deal. Richard Haines in Finance was very helpful in getting me thru the final process. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was from start to finish.

I had one small problem with my key fob not being able to open the door locks with the fob. At the dealer the attendant checked and found that the fob was faulty and immediately told me one had to be ordered and it would take some time to get. He reminded me when they come in to bring both fobs for the replacements. I was later notified of their arrival and when I arrived I was taken care of and within a short period of time the vehicle was programed with the new fobs and I was on my way. The service was outstanding and veery much appreciated.

After purchasing my vehicle, I immediately found a leak, I brought it in, not only did I feel I was not taken seriously, my vehicle was not fixed. After calling several times to schedule new service, I was scheduled with Joel Lombard, and was met by both Joel as well as Mike the service manager. I offered photos of the issues, but since my car was still showing the issues, they both came out to my car, and took my concerns and understood my frustration. Not only did they listen to everything, they took provided me their cell phone numbers. This time they took their time, and so far my car is back home, and working properly. Thank you Mike and Joel for making me feel heard, and not rushed. My second time was a much better experience, and any future service will be with Joel
