    Dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment 20 mins early. When I arrived, a porter grabbed my keys very politely and prepared the vehicle for check in. I then proceeded inside to check in. I immediately encountered an apparent frustrated service advisor. I saw him attempting to call someone and then throwing the cell phone on to the counter directly behind the service desk. While getting me checked in he seems unfocused I had to give him my name 3 times and at the same time he is eating something out of a small bag (candy perhaps). The scheduled service was for a simple oil change. A little over two hours alter the scheduled service time I returned to the dealership to see it still parked in the same spot. Had a discussion with the service advisor and suggested that I would be willing to leave the car overnight and get a recall taken care of in addition to the oil change. He responded, “yes, I can absolutely get that done for you”. So I left the vehicle and went back home which is 30 min away to pickup my kids from school. About 4 hours later, he calls me and lets me know the vehicle is ready to be picked up. It was obvious he had forgotten about the recall which was the only reason I agreed to leave the vehicle overnight. I said, “so now you are doing the recall work”. He replied awkwardly, making it obvious he forgot all about it, “ oh, we have to order parts so we can’t do it until next week. This is probably one of the most incompetent and unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced in a service facility, even Jiffy Lube is more professional than this.

    I got right in with no waiting. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. Work was completed in a relatively short time. The lady at the checkout was very professional and kind. In all a pleasant experience.

    Staff was courteous, service was completed quickly. Not impressed though with the addition of a 3% surcharge for credit card use. While I would understand this maybe in a small local business, it's not expected from a very large family of dealerships.

    I made appointment for recall on my car and even stated what the recall was for. Upon arrival at schedule time, I’m told they did not have the specified parts. Was told they would call me when parts arrived. Why would I be scheduled when the parts were not available. This should have been confirmed before I was scheduled and had to drive 40 miles. The service manager overheard and told the representative that the part was available as it was allocated to another customer and they weren’t there. When they show up they will not be able to have the recall done.
