Once the part arrived, the appointment was scheduled quickly. However, I felt like the part's ordering fell through the cracks.

This was the 10,000 service on my 2024 Taos. Overall it was good, but there were 2 things that could be improved on. I waited 40 minutes for the intake person to come up and go over the service to be done that day. No one came to get me, and after 40 minutes I went to the attendant to ask when they would take me. He said the car was already being serviced. I wanted the tires rotated and if I didn't grab him they would not have done it. Previously they went over what service would be performed before they started on it. The order said all fluids would be topped off. I had to add windshield solvent myself after I got home, because the light came on that it was empty. Compared to how the service was in the past, I have been buying cars and servicing them at Gunther and before that Fields, this last visit was lacking

I had a great experience at VW. The only downside was that there was only one service advisor, and he was overworked and busy. He was doing his best, but if there were more than one the service could have been a little more patient and not rushed.

My sales person Malcolm was great since day 1 all the way to the end, very courteous, very professional, and very attentive, managerr on the other hand was a little hesitant to meet me at the price that I wanted to pay, but at the end it all workedout
