    The dealership was clean and pleasant. Although did try to add every service possible I was able to decline. When I got home and went to install a new air filter I noticed that the tech at VW had left half the filter box screws unfastened. I looked further and noticed that both battery terminal covers were missing. I found the positive one on the vents under the hood near the windshield. The negative was gone. The tech had tested the battery and showed picture of air filters so I know they removed both. Lack of care to detail makes me happy that I declined expensive service and will have it done at home by my own mechanic.
