We are sorry that you did not receive the video of your vehicles inspection. Sometimes there are uploading complications and we do apologize for that. In the future if there any complications with the videos uploading we will have a service technician or advisor explain that to you at the time of your service. Thank you for understanding!

I know if I bring my Volkswagen HERE it will get fixed, as opposed to the dealership where I purchased it, where they just ask if I turned it off and then turned it on again...
