Mike Taylor is very knowledgeable and gave me an accurate assessment of what the issue was after discussing with him the description of how my car was performing. He narrowed down to a few different scenarios of my issues and gave me a fairly close estimate for the repair. He was basically spot on for the repair cost and the part that was needed. I greatly appreciate his in-depth knowledge and the reason why he could eliminate other repairs that my mechanic thought was the issue. Mike is very professional and is a fantastic service manager. He takes the time to explain why the car is performing in a given way that makes sense. I would also like to commend Nicole at the service desk, she is very pleasant and very accommodating. The service department also provided me with a shuttle which was very helpful, that service provided me with reliable transportation to both locations, I believe the drivers name was Hector, great guy with a pleasant personality. All this outstanding service led me to select a 5 star rating, Bravo Gunther!!

My car came off the rack and it took another hour before it was given back to me. After I left, I noticed that someone must have taken it to lunch because they left their garbage on the floor in the back seat

I was not intending to purchase a car, however, after working with my salesman Mr Gaffka and your team I sat in the VW Jetta that he oicked out for me. I felt 25 years younger and happy to drive off the lot with my new car.
