Everyone was great, friendly, and helpful. Nicole is exceptional. The checkout girl was very nice, even when I gave her a hard time for charging extra to use my credit card. I do have problem with companies who nitpick with paying with credit cards. This is my only problem with Gunther.

I must say customer service has much improved now, getting call backs and texts a lot quicker and not have to hunt down a service advisor
