Didn’t do a thorough job and inspecting possible water damage to the ECM. There is a guard just below the outside windshield wipers the black guard that you can take out and when I saw either side, it had mold in there and evidence of water being there that fed down into a black hole. It is this that I consider to heaven been experience to water damage, Which damaged the electronic motor control severely
