The car is fantastic. Unfortunately, the salesperson acknowledged that my brand new car was not adequately cleaned. They even took a photograph with their personal phone, so that it would be documented that my new car was not adequately cleaned. He said to set up a time to bring it in, which I did. I emailed with my schedule and also added that I have spine surgery scheduled, so if we could get it done sooner than later, that would help greatly. Salesperson has yet to respond after repeated attempts. I honestly can't recommend Gunther VW for the simple fact that the salespeople will tell you anything to get you to sign the papers, then ignore you once the payment clears. Shameful.

Jared Naegeli was awesome from first call end until I drove off in my new VW would recommend him 100% knowlegeable in all aspects of volkswagen Tiguan & Atlas appreciated every detail given. Gave me a loaner while I made decision not expected. Albert & Daniel in finance were hands on and helped me get ALL MY WANTS!!! Thank you Team effort Love my new high end 2Ride....

I will definitely continue to utilize Gunther VW Daytona's service department for my needs. The service I received was polite, quick, correct, and reasonably priced. When I had potential warranty issues, they were taken seriously and accurately.
