My appointment was set up for Thursday @ 10:00am. Thursday afternoon I called to check the status and the lady said it wasn’t even in the shop yet and wouldn’t be until the next day. I asked what the point of having an appointment was if my car doesn’t make it in the shop when scheduled? She had a lame excuse of “you made the appointment with your advisor and because of the holidays we are backed up”. That makes no sense at all! So, a simple inspection and replacement of an easy to replace part, took 3 days. At time of appointment setup, the lady said it would take a couple of hours. I should have been given a courtesy car! Unacceptable!!!

Jared was the rep who answered our initial phone call. He answered our questions and had vehicles ready for us to try upon my arrival. I was purchasing this car with my parents back in Maryland. He was very accommodating and worked with us to get the monthly lease price down to meet our budget while still maintaining the features we wanted. Finance and trade services were smooth. Our trade's plates ended up being left at the dealer after the sale, and Jared got them back to us in Maryland in a timely manner.

Service takes long but then I had to wait 45 mins for the "final touches" to get my car washed. So my pil change ended up taking 2 hours while I sat there waiting.

I had an appointment at 9:00am, dropped my car off at 8:56am. I asked if it should be 1.5-2 hours (since it’s been that time frame the last 2 times) I was told probably closer to 2 hours but yes. I used the shuttle so I was not waiting at the dealership. I called the dealership around 1040 to get an update since the link for the update still said drop off completed only. The service rep told me it wouldn’t be done until 11:30. I explained I have an appointment and 2.5 hours for an oil change is crazy and to please send the shuttle back to me. She said she will and since I asked for no car wash it’ll be done in a couple mins. I also get notified if my door opens, windows down, etc and did not receive that notice until 11:09. I called the shuttle driver about 10 minutes later because I had a feeling he wasn’t notified to pick me up, which he was not. My oil change ended around 11:40. In total my oil change was 2 hours and 44 minutes. This is completely unacceptable especially since I had an appointment at 9:00am.
