I was greated in a friendly manner, the service was explained very well, and i was given a realistic expectaion of how long the service would take. I enjoyed free coffee and snacks while i waited and then when complete i was escorted to my car to ensure i was satisfied.

Vw service should have anticipated the three day service time and should have supplied a loaner vihicle.
