1. Appointment was for a recall, tire rotation, and oil change. Drove 1.5 hours to find out it’s an all day process for the recall. 2 appointment details didn’t copy so they didn’t know about the oil change or rotation. 3. Asked about check engine light which is also an all day process. 4. Ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

I lost my car key so I had to order a new one and bring my car in to have the key programmed. I got reminders of my appointment and the staff was there and eady when I arrived at the appointed time. In the past, I've been disappointed with the customer service at this dealership, but it has improved 100 percent.
