    You charge a 3% additional fee to use a credit card and you do not accept personal checks. So we are stuck paying cash. Secondly your prices on the internet when scheduling service do not match the prices charged at the dealership.

    Customer service was as expected, respectful, courteous, keeping it professionally. They explained the issue very well and my concerns were covered with their explanations. Still, I am curious how everything cam back normal on my car after the inspection, supposedly, they performed. How do I know this, you might think. Well, it is very simple. My car was four-wheels on the ground all the time. So, how they looked at my exhaust system and suspension or my shock absorbers? What about leaks? How did they look under the vehicles for leaks with removing the splash guard? They never opened the hood of the vehicle yet, they check the transmission for any type of fluids? Imagine how my trust level is after that.
