I have a Taos S model (does not have adaptive cruise control)
They tried to charge me $350 for aligning my tires for adaptive cruise control. INSANE thieves. If you’re going to try to rip somebody off, at least make sure their vehicle has the feature you’re trying to scan them with. Idiots
Got a discount for my oil change and a car wash (my vehicle came back smelling like weed) so my service consultant offered me an air freshener.
I can’t wait to get rid of this car and never deal with VW garbage humans and vehicles again

We like the ease of having the car serviced at a VW dealership. What we don't like is that they are always trying to sell us other services while there for an oil change. These services are not an immediate issue and the costs are highly inflated and discretionary. What concerns me is that when there is an issue that must be addressed immediately we will not know it.

I brought my 2023 jetta to change the transmission fluid because I thought this was an authorized dealer and can do it properly! So the adviser said to change properly the fluid we need a day, I said ok! The next day, he called me and say before they didn't start the service(change the fluid) he wants to confirm the price that it going to cost me over $500 instead of $350 because he didn't know that my jetta has 8 automatic transmission!, what? I know that, but he didn't know, he works in the volkswagen service and he didn't know! I said, "Don't do it. I'll pick up the vehicle!" After that, he said moment, and "ohh you know it actually almost done, we did change fluid!" What? You just told me He wants to confirm the price before they start the service!!! Now the question is, should you trust this dealership and service?
This is totally unacceptable, you are an authorized dealership!!!
