A battery, oil change, and tire rotation took four hours. When my husband got the car back, there was a card hanging from the rear view mirror that made an offer to buy the car. That means that while my husband was waiting, someone added to his wait time by assessing my car for a trade-in. We did not ask for or authorize this. We won’t be back.
