Very easy. Met at the door by Bill who told me to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. I did and about twenty-five minutes later he returned to tell me me the car was ready and I was off for home minutes later.
That's how a service department should be run and Gunther runs it right.

I had a fantastic experience with my recent car service! The process was quick and easy from start to finish. Joel was very welcoming and clearly explained everything, which made me feel comfortable. I also used the shuttle service, and Hector was amazing — friendly and professional. The whole experience was smooth and efficient, and I left feeling really good about the service. Highly recommend!

I have a Taos S model (does not have adaptive cruise control)
They tried to charge me $350 for aligning my tires for adaptive cruise control. INSANE thieves. If you’re going to try to rip somebody off, at least make sure their vehicle has the feature you’re trying to scan them with. Idiots
Got a discount for my oil change and a car wash (my vehicle came back smelling like weed) so my service consultant offered me an air freshener.
I can’t wait to get rid of this car and never deal with VW garbage humans and vehicles again
