    On time service but a day later realized that service tech did not reset the "oil change due" indicator light. Will need to bring it back in again to get it done.

    I live in Jacksonville Florida and I drove 150 miles round trip for this service. Nicole was the best Service Advisor I have had by far since owning any Volkswagen vehicles (Golf, Jetta, GLI, Atlas). My visit was nothing special, I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. You can get those just about anywhere and certainly within the Jacksonville area. Nicole was extremely kind and made the whole drive up there worth it. She was extremely polite, she kept me informed about throughout the duration of the service (Roughly 2 hours), and made great recommendations. She walked me to my car when the service was completed and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Nicole is a Rockstar and I will 100% be returning for my next services (even though I have a VW dealership 5 miles away from my house.

    I had a recall done on my ID4 which took 2 weeks to get done. It was my only car and was given a gas loaner. Need to provide electric as I should not have to pay for gas.

    Weird experience to say the least. Salesman basically was nice, gave us the deal we asked for, set us up for the purchase, than disappeared. We never saw him or spoke to him again. Everything else was well done, but the condition of the vehicle after getting detailed for take home was horrible.

    Waited a week to get simple issue resolved. Then when I asked why tge service manager said it was a parts ordering problem, that the part wasn't ordered in tge appropriate time. If that was the case, I should have been given another car. I used my id4 every day. This was not at all a good way to deal with customers
