If I could give a zero I would. We have spent a lot of money at Gunther over the last 30 days $6,000.00. We forgot our 20% coupon and called as soon as we go home asking for a return call. Next day no call we called again. No call, next day left 2 calls no call back. Finally, called again and rescheduled service person. I was told it was too late to use coupon. I explained we have been trying to reach someone since we left. I was told it was too late for coupon! I asked to speak to a Manager and if I would hear from them today and I was told yes, but they will tell you the same thing. I have had no return call. This is poor customer service. I know it can be done!!!! Along with this our truck was there for 8 business days and we had to ask about the truck not them letting us know.

We do tell our customers that loaners are a couple weeks out just to make sure we have a loaner returned by the time of your appointment.
