Volkswagen dealerships, particularly this one, have been very good to me. I've never had an issue, the staff has always taken care of us and I appreciate their efforts on our behalf.

Service person, Nicole, was pleasant. I was able to speak to a human being fairly easily which is much appreciated. The only negative was that your prices are astronomically expensive and that you don't accept a credit card without a service fee.

My vehicle had had the same issue for over a year and they’re just now multiple visits later correcting it. The sales team was trying to get my wife timeline law the car and buy another car from them. The whole experience of owning my car has been horrible and it’s one of the most expensive cars on the lot. We will not be doing business with these people anymore after this.
