    I made an 8:00am appointment for an oil change, brake fluid check and windshield washer pump replacement. I had no choice other than to wait for the car. It took 4 1/2 hours. When I saw that the car was finally finished, I told them I was late for an appointment and I needed to go, don't wash it. They washed it anyway. Then I had to nudge them to tell them the car is finally back. Paperwork wasn't ready, go have a seat. No respect for my time. Others came in after me and left before me. They also changed the dashboard display. When I called for someone to walk me through changing it back, I was Tod I would have to make another appointment and physically come in for them to show me. Put me on hold for a long time until I hung up. Again, no respect for my time. I will be looking for a new service provider. Back when this location operated under Fields they were much more customer friendly. Last experience almost had me shopping. This was their last chance. Thy blew it.
