    Upon our arrival, Eddie Dacunha greeted us and introduced us to the ID. Buzz right away. He walked us through the features, explained the differences between the trim levels, and helped us narrow down our preference. Within a few days, Eddie had the exact vehicle we wanted at the dealership. The next step was managed by John Fillion, who delivered the vehicle directly to our home. He has been attentive to our questions and proactive in addressing everything we needed. Lastly, we worked with Daniel Blair in the financing department. He clearly outlined the terms of our preferred deal structure and demonstrated both patience and excellent communication. Overall, our experience has been exceptional, and we’re happy to recommend this team to anyone interested in owning a VW. Thank you!

    Tire pressure sensing system is malfunctioning. Service writer acknowledged this, but advised that even though it's under warranty, VW will not address it. Does that make sense to you? I assume they are looking for another class-action lawsuit....kind of like the one for the turbochargers. I'd like a response please.
